This case study examines the 7-year (2018 - July 2025) end-to-end digital transformation process that Creatys Digital Performance carried out for Printel (printel.com.tr), a leading provider of enterprise printing and document management solutions in Turkey. The project encompassed the naming of the Printel brand, corporate identity development, web platform creation, advanced SEO strategy implementation, and integration of cutting-edge AI technologies.

Client Profile: Printel

Printel is a technology company operating throughout Turkey, specializing in enterprise printing, scanning, and security solutions (Managed Print Services - MPS). As an authorized dealer and service partner of world-leading brands such as Lexmark, HP, Epson, Ricoh, and Toshiba, the company aims to optimize businesses' documentation processes, enhance security, and control costs.

Challenges and Objectives

The main challenge at the beginning of our collaboration was to create a brand from scratch in the competitive B2B technology market and position this brand as an authority in the digital world.

Our objectives were:

  1. To create a strong brand name and corporate identity that reflects the professionalism and technological competence of the industry.
  2. To build a modern, trust-inspiring web platform that can clearly communicate complex services (MPS, Secure Printing, Copier Leasing, software like PaperCut) to potential corporate customers.
  3. To achieve a leading position in organic search results through strategic SEO work and generate qualified traffic and potential customers (leads).
  4. To keep the digital platform continuously updated, rapidly adapt to new technologies (especially AI), and maintain competitive advantage.

The process began with creating the brand's DNA.
