2. Subject of Contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of AI visibility analyses:

  • Initial Check: One-time brand presence analysis
  • Monitoring: Ongoing AI visibility monitoring
  • Strategy: Individual optimization consulting

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order and making payment, you make a binding offer. The Provider accepts this offer by sending an order confirmation via email.

4. Initial Check Scope

  • Analysis of brand presence in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity
  • Evaluation of website structured data
  • Identification of risks and optimization opportunities
  • Creation of a PDF report

5. Prices and Payment

Price for Initial Check: €149.00 (including VAT)

Payment Service Provider: Payments are processed through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., a licensed payment institution.

6. Delivery

The PDF report is delivered electronically via email. Delivery time is typically 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The report is based on data at the time of analysis. Creatys does not guarantee completeness or accuracy, as AI systems generate their responses dynamically.

8. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion. However, once digital content has been delivered, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. The courts of Bremen, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction.
